Happened to me today. My struts are impossible to replace. I've tried at least 3x and hey won't budge. But this time I got caught in the rain. Now mind you, the rain was supposed to happen tomorrow, not today, and yesterday was too hot.
And yes they really are that bad which is why I keep trying to replace them. Now I really want to blow the car up.

And if you do decide to blast your car in the rain, then kindly provide video evidence so that we might enjoy this manly feat as well!

Hey it's happened in the snow so why not the rain?

If you have access to air tools, that is probably the best way to remove stubborn bolts. If however you do happen to decide to destroy your car, please consider using thermite. I'd love to see a video of what happens to a running engine when thermite starts to burn right through the block.

I've been going over the truck and re-painting all the chrome to a latex-based matte black. I had just finished the second coat over the front bumper...boom! Flash flood. Fuck my life.

I don't have access to air tools, but I do have a cordless impact. It didn't work. Also, there is no space to use a breaker bar, which I also have.

You can probably pick one up at harbor freight for under $30
